Kyle Essmiller
Biography
Kyle Essmiller is a strategic HR and business leader with over 25 years of experience guiding organizations through change, growth, and operational transformation.
Kyle’s professional experience spans organizational development, accounting, finance, and human resources – giving him a uniquely integrated perspective on how to build high-performance teams and organizations. He is known for cultivating intentional leadership, fostering resilient workplace cultures, and aligning HR strategy with business outcomes.
Kyle holds a MBA in Leadership and Organizational Development from Oklahoma Christian University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University. He is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Outside the corporate world, Kyle is a civic leader and active community volunteer. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and the Board of Advocates for the Children’s Health Foundation of Oklahoma. He is a graduate and past alumni chair of both Leadership Oklahoma City and Leadership Oklahoma.
Calling Oklahoma City home with his partner, Rob, Kyle enjoys travel, landscaping, family history, and wine. He is a proud father of two Oklahoma State University graduates.
